How do I register to bid?
Create a free account and you can start browsing and placing bids right away.
Is there a buyer's premium or additional fees?
Our auctions include a 15% buyer's premium and a $3 lot fee. These fees are clearly shown on the lot or auction page before you place a bid.
Can I retract a bid?
Bids are binding and generally cannot be retracted. If you made an error, contact support immediately so we can review the situation.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit/debit cards and other common methods shown at checkout. Invoices must be paid by the deadline listed in your order email.
When is payment due?
Payment is typically due within 24–48 hours after the auction closes. Exact timing is shown on your invoice.
Can I split payments or use multiple cards?
Yes. You can split an invoice across multiple cards during checkout or by contacting support for a split-payment link.
What happens if I pay late?
Transactions automatically cancel after 3 days if unpaid. A restocking fee is charged, and repeated late payments may result in account suspension.
Pickup & Shipping
Do you offer shipping?
Availability varies by lot. Many items are local pickup; some can be shipped. See the lot description for details and costs.
What are the pickup times?
Pickup windows are posted on the auction page and in your order email. Please arrive during the stated times and bring a photo ID and your paid invoice.
Can someone else pick up for me?
Yes. Provide them a copy of your paid invoice and a written authorization (email is fine).
Item Condition & Returns
Are items new or used?
Inventory varies from new-in-box to pre-owned. All items are sold as-is unless otherwise stated. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before bidding.
Do you offer returns or warranties?
All sales are final and items are sold as-is. No returns or warranties unless explicitly noted on the lot.
Selling / Consignments
How do consignments work?
Register for an account, open your store, and choose to create a pickup request or drop off items yourself. Our team will then evaluate, photograph, and list your items in a weekly auction so you can turn unwanted assets into cash. Payouts are issued every 15 days.
What types of items do you accept?
We accept just about any item that is like new and in good working condition — including electronics, tools, furniture, home goods, business equipment, and more. Large or specialty items may require review.
How are items priced?
All items start at a low opening bid to encourage buyer interest. The final sale price is determined by competitive bidding.
Do I need to photograph my items?
No. Once you drop off or schedule a pickup, our team handles professional photos and cataloging for you.

What is the process?
The process is simple: create an account, open your store, and we take it from there. No complicated paperwork. We assess your assets, propose a sale plan (auction only), schedule cataloging, and run the sale. Payout terms depend on the engagement.

Yes, for larger businesses we can host auctions directly at your location to maximize exposure and convenience.
What types of assets can you liquidate?
We can handle everything from office equipment and machinery to retail inventory and fixtures.
How quickly can you start?
