Affiliate Policy

1. Enrollment

All registered users of Arthur Nicolas LLC are automatically enrolled in the Affiliate Program and provided with a unique referral link.

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 50% of Arthur Nicolas LLC’s share on qualified sales generated through their referral links.
• Commission is calculated on our net revenue share, not the total sale price.

3. Tracking & Validity

• Referrals are tracked via cookies and remain valid for 90 days.
• Only properly tracked referrals through the provided affiliate link will qualify.

4. Payments

• Affiliate payouts are issued every 15 days via Stripe or PayPal.
• A valid payment account is required for receiving commissions.

5. Restrictions

• Fraudulent activity, self-referrals, or abuse of the program are strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates may not mislead, spam, or use unauthorized ads to promote links.

6. Marketing Compliance

• All affiliate marketing must comply with applicable advertising laws and platform rules.
• Affiliates may not misrepresent Arthur Nicolas LLC or its services.

7. Termination

Arthur Nicolas LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account at its discretion for policy violations or misuse.

8. Changes

We may update this Affiliate Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new Effective Date. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
